The fake oil does not have a thick enough oil film,

it is difficult to avoid the parts are worn.

There is rapid relative sliding between the piston and the cylinder, the main shaft and the bearing bush. In order to prevent the surface of the parts from being worn due to sliding, we need to establish an oil film on the two sliding surfaces. An oil film of sufficient thickness can separate the surfaces of parts that are relatively sliding, thereby reducing wear. Fake oil often fails to form a thick enough oil film, which increases engine wear and causes problems.

Fake oil does not help dissipate heat,

It is easy to cause the engine temperature to be too high.

The oil has a low specific heat capacity and does not have a cooling effect by itself. However, when the engine is working, the combustion of fuel will generate a lot of heat energy, which requires the oil to bring the heat back to the fuel tank and then dissipate it. Fake oil is difficult to help dissipate heat, and it is easy to cause dry friction and cause excessive engine temperature.

Fake oil has poor cleaning performance,

Good engine oil can carry the carbides, sludge, wear metal particles on the engine parts through the circulation back to the sump. However, the cleaning performance of fake oil is poor. Poor performance of fake oil seal,

It is easy to cause cylinder pressure leakage, increasing fuel consumption and emissions.

Oil can form a “sealing ring” between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, reducing gas leakage and ensuring sufficient pressure in the cylinder. Fake oil does not have this effect. Therefore, the use of fake oil can easily lead to cylinder pressure leakage. At this time, the engine cannot output enough power, which will cause a series of problems such as higher fuel consumption, increased emissions, and excessive oil consumption.

Fake motor oil has poor rust resistance,

accelerates the corrosion of metal parts.

The lubricating oil can adhere to the surface of the parts and prevent the contact of water, air, acidic substances and harmful gases with the parts. However, the adhesion of fake oil is poor, so it will accelerate the oxidation of metal parts and cause serious corrosion.

Poor lubricating ability of fake oil,

Cannot buffer shock loads.

When the cylinder port pressure of the engine rises sharply, the load on the piston, piston chips, connecting rod and crankshaft bearing will become very large, but through the transmission and lubrication of the bearing, the load can be reasonably buffer. The poor lubricating ability of fake oil makes it difficult for it to buffer such loads, and over time, it will cause mechanical failure.

In short, the use of fake oil will result in continuous failures, and in severe cases, the cylinder will burn.
