The wiper blade should be used carefully. Car wiper blades, including wipers, wiper blades, wipers, etc., are improperly used, which will cause the wiper blades to be scrapped early or not wipe cleanly. No matter what kind of wiper blade, the following points should be paid attention to during use:
1. Be sure to use it in the presence of rain.
As the name suggests, wiper blades clean the rain from the front windshield. It can’t be used without rain, and it can’t be wiped dry without water. The increased frictional resistance due to lack of water will cause damage to the rubber blade and wiper motor.
2. Even if there is rain, it should not be wiped if the rain is not enough to activate the wiper blades. Be sure to wait until there is enough rain on the glass surface. The word “enough” here does not obstruct the driver’s line of sight.
3. It is not recommended to use wiper blades to remove dust from the windshield surface. Even if you want to do this, you must spray glass water at the same time, and never dry scraping without water.
4. If there are sturdy things on the windshield, such as the dried feces of birds such as pigeons, do not use the wiper to wipe it hard. Please clean the bird feces by hand first. These hard things can easily cause partial damage to the thin slices of the wiper blade, resulting in the wiper not wiping the rainwater cleanly.
5. The premature scrapping of some wiper blades is directly related to improper car washing. If you do not pay attention to wiping the front windshield when washing the car, the oil film on the surface will be washed off. First, it is not conducive to the downflow of rainwater, causing the rainwater to easily stop on the glass surface. Second, it increases the frictional resistance between the rubber sheet and the glass surface. This is also the reason for the momentary pause of the wiper blade due to the immobility of the wiper blade. If the wiper blade does not move and the motor continues to run, it is very easy to cause the motor to burn out.
Finally, the result of wiper blade cleaning is usually a few seconds after the wiper stops. It takes a while for the water on the glass surface to be dried by the wind to achieve the best removal effect.
